Super Vigil: Sunday, November 20, 2011
Background Faith Perspective | Take ActionResources Programs and Organizations

Faithful Budget prayer circleIn the face of the nation's fiscal and employment crises, your prayers and public witness are desperately needed. Twelve legislators, known as the "Super Committee," have been given immense power over budget decisions that will impact many years to come. Social safety net programs such as WIC, SNAP, Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security are in danger of drastic cuts.

Find resources here to plan a Faithful Budget "Super Vigil" praying for the Super Committee to make budget decisions that are just and compassionate.
